One-click real estate photo enhancement in PhotoStaging
How it works
Three steps and no editing software. The corrections are pre-built for real estate photos, so you never touch a slider.
- 1
Upload the listing photo
Phone or camera, interior or exterior, any resolution. Upload the photo as shot — no pre-editing needed.
- 2
Run the enhancement workflow
Pick the enhancement option. The pre-built prompt handles exposure, white balance, perspective, clarity and sky in one pass. Nothing to type, nothing to adjust.
- 3
Download, then stage if the room is empty
The corrected full-resolution JPEG is ready in about 20 seconds. If the room is empty, send the enhanced photo straight into virtual staging in the same workflow.
Before and after
Real listing photos run through the default enhancement pass. The property is unchanged — only light, colour and geometry are corrected.

What it fixes
The six problems that show up in almost every listing photo shot without a professional lighting setup.
Exposure and dynamic range
Recovers blown-out windows and lifts dark corners so the room reads at one even brightness, the way the eye saw it.
White balance under mixed light
Neutralises the orange cast from tungsten bulbs and the blue cast from windows, so whites are white and wood is the right colour.
Perspective correction
Straightens leaning verticals from a tilted phone or wide lens, so walls, door frames and windows stand upright.
Noise and clarity
Cleans up grain from high-ISO phone shots and sharpens edges without the crunchy halo look.
Sky replacement
Swaps a grey or blown-out sky on exterior shots for a natural blue one, matched to the light in the rest of the photo.
Object removal
Removes bins, cables, parked cars and other clutter that distracts from the property itself.
Who uses it
Agents shooting on a phone
Shoot the listing yourself, upload the set, and publish photos that look professionally edited the same afternoon. No photographer booking, no editing software to learn.
Photographers doing volume
Run the routine corrections — exposure, white balance, verticals — through one pass, and spend your editing time only on the images that need a human touch. Batch a whole shoot in one session.
Teams standardising galleries
When several agents and photographers feed one brand, every gallery gets the same bright, neutral look. Consistent listings, without writing an editing style guide.

Frequently asked questions
Does it make photos look fake?
No. The enhancement corrects what the camera got wrong — exposure, colour cast, tilted verticals, noise — and stops there. The aim is a photo that looks like the room did in person, not an over-saturated HDR effect.
Does it work with phone photos?
Yes. Phone photos are the most common input. Mixed lighting, noisy shadows and leaning walls from a tilted phone are exactly the problems the enhancement pass corrects.
Does it change the property?
No. Enhancement never alters the condition, layout or fixtures of the property. Walls, floors, cabinets, windows and appliances stay as photographed; only light, colour, geometry and clutter are corrected.
Can I use enhanced photos on portals?
Yes. Standard corrections like exposure, white balance and perspective are accepted everywhere. Sky replacement and object removal are treated as edits by some portals, so check their rules and disclose where required.
How much per image?
1 credit per enhanced image. The Pro annual plan (€690 for 3,600 credits) works out at about €0.19 per image; the Starter annual plan (€290 for 1,200 credits) is about €0.24. Monthly plans are €29 for 100 credits or €69 for 300 credits.
Can I enhance and stage the same photo?
Yes. Enhance first, then stage the corrected photo. The furniture is rendered into a photo with even light and correct colour, which gives a cleaner staged result. Each step is 1 credit.
